Refund Policy

If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before publication of your paper, you will receive a refund equivalent to 80% of your registration fees after submit your refund request.

If you cancel your registration between 5 to 30 days before publication of your paper, you will receive a refund equivalent to 60% of your registration fees after submit your refund request.

If you cancel your registration less than 5 days before publication of your paper, you will receive a refund equivalent to half of the registration fee after submit your refund request.

If you cancel your registration and submit your request for a refund after publication of your paper, you will receive no refund. No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to travel related issues, natural disasters, or other acts of God.
